In Lantern House, located at 3 Windsor Street
we offer 2 Double Rooms, a Twin Room and a Triple Room.
(Please Note:Triple Room has a Double and a Single bed) .

In Windsor House, our sister guest house, located at 23 Windsor Street,
we offer an additional Double Room, Twin Room and Triple Room.
These rooms also have DVD players & Freeview.

Depending on availability, a booking can either be placed in
the Lantern House or at Windsor House.

We don't serve breakfast, but in the immediate surroundings, there are many breakfast places
- among others the famous Valvona & Crolla and the Playfair in the Omnicenter.
There is no access to kitchen or living room facilities, but there are lots
of Chinese, Italian, Indian & Scottish restaurants within a 100 meter radius.

We are centrally located in a quiet street,
5 minutes walk from Princes Street and Waverly Train Station.
2 minutes walk from the Edinburgh Playhouse Theatre and the Omnicentre.

Sept 2008	. Our room was great, simple but clean, and the staff was very courteous. Would definitely stay here again.
Aug 2008	. Hotel was very clean with friendly staff. A good size room and price reasonable for central Edinburgh. I would . stay there again.
July 2008	. The guest house was about 15 minutes away from the main train station, and was reasonably close to the city . centre. The room was clean, private, and quiet. No breakfast included, but there was tea and coffee in the room. . Charming place overall, and would stay there again.
June 2008	.This hotel is excellent value for money for a city centre hotel. Hotel very easy to reach, walking distance from . Waverley Station and bus station (perhaps not with large bags). The owners were extremely helpful and . responded very quickly when I required to contact them prior to arriving at the hotel. Exeptionally clean hotel and . shower room was spotless. Beds were very comfortable. I would definitely use this hotel again.
