All rooms have en-suites, Television, Tea & Coffee making facilities.
In Lantern House, located at 3 Windsor Street
we offer 2 Double Rooms, a Twin Room and a Triple Room.
(Please Note:Triple Room has a Double and a Single bed) .
In Windsor House, our sister guest house, located at 23 Windsor Street,
we offer an additional Double Room, Twin Room and Triple Room.
All rooms have DVD and Freeview TVs
Depending on availability, a booking can either be placed in
Lantern House or Windsor House.
We don't serve breakfast, but in the immediate surroundings, there are many breakfast places
- among others the famous Valvona & Crolla and the Playfair in the Omnicenter.
There is no access to kitchen or living room facilities, but there are lots
of Chinese, Italian, Indian & Scottish restaurants within a 100 meter radius.
Location

We are centrally located in a quiet street,
5 minutes walk from Princes Street and Waverly Train Station.
2 minutes walk from the Edinburgh Playhouse Theatre and the Omnicentre.
This is the ideal place for you to stay when visiting Edinburgh for Shopping, Rugby
Games, Edinburgh Castle, Sight Seeing, Theatre or for the Edinburgh Fringe Festival.
